📝 Mentor them in manuscript writing and publication
📊 Share your research experience and best practices

🤝 Shape the careers of aspiring researchers while expanding your own academic network
Mentor Eligibility
✅ Minimum 2 years of research experience
✅ At least 5 published peer-reviewed research papers (preferably with first-author publications)
✅ ORCID ID
✅ Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
