Mental health problems remain widely under-recognized and surrounded by stigma, often preventing individuals and families from discussing concerns or seeking timely professional help. This campaign aims to create awareness, encourage open conversations, reduce misconceptions, and promote early help-seeking.

- Increase awareness about mental health and common mental health conditions
- Reduce stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental illnesses
- Encourage supportive, non-judgmental conversations about mental health
- Improve awareness of available professional mental health services and support
